Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate termination of your access to the Services and may lead to legal penalties.
A. Payment: All fees for courses are payable in advance. RiffMastery.com uses third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) for all transactions. We are not responsible for errors or security breaches caused by these third-party processors.
B. Refund Policy: As stated in our FAQ, all purchased courses include a 14-day refund warranty. To request a refund, you must email info@riffmastery.com within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will not be issued after this 14-day period.
A. Nature of Service: Riffmaster offers half-hour consultation and guidance sessions, not ongoing private guitar lessons. The purpose is to provide personalized advice, assess current skills, and direct the user toward appropriate learning paths and resources.
B. Disclaimer of Guarantee: While Riffmaster provides professional guidance, results depend solely on the user’s effort and practice consistency. RiffMastery.com makes no guarantee regarding specific skill improvements or musical achievements following a consultation.
Riffmaster reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services, courses, and consultation bookings immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms, including but not limited to unauthorized content distribution or sharing account credentials.
RiffMastery.com and its owner shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Services or your inability to use the Services.
